∎ Identification of top revenue accounts in for that particular region.
∎ The profile includes the focus on Global and Key accounts in Bangladesh.
∎ Closing the account as per the pre fixed deadlines.
∎ Maintaining the Account as a relationship manager
∎ Outstanding Collections in time.
∎ Achievement of Budgeted GP & Volumes
∎ To facilitate team members to generate business by making joint calls with them.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business Development
∎ Identification of top revenue accounts.
∎ The profile includes the focus on Global and Key accounts.
∎ Closing the account as per the pre fixed deadlines.
∎ Maintaining the Account as a relationship manager
∎ Outstanding Collections in time.
∎ Development of Interpersonal relationship with other departments staffs like operations and Finance etc.
∎ Good knowledge of our products and the global trade lanes
∎ Good knowledge of procurement and capacity management for air and ocean Profound knowledge markets trends and opportunities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Excellent Communication - English.
∎ Good Knowledge of Bangladesh Market.
∎ Confident
∎ Pleasing Personality
∎ Should be an excellent salesperson
∎ Should have the drive and ambition
∎ Should have the deadline-based approach
∎ Aggressive and a Go-getter
∎ 7-10 years of work experience in Global Logistics & Supply Chain.
∎ Gathering and analyzing of market data (various industries)
∎ Worked in an international company within a matrix organization
∎ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft® Office Software (Excel®, Word, PowerPoint® and others)
∎ Good knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools, Microsoft Dynamic Tools
