Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline from any public or private university.
∎ B.Sc in Textile is highly desirable.
∎ Skills Required: Garment Quality, Quality, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garment Quality, QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality Control/ Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure zero recheck Inspection.
∎ Responsible for ensure buyers quality SOP & followup at every steps of production.
∎ Responsible coordinating with buyers QA responsible & fulfill their guideline.
∎ Responsible for conduct PP meeting & gide about QA issues.
∎ Responsible to work as the team leader of the QA team to make team at all times.
∎ Responsible for review first output garments against the Buyer approval sample.
∎ Responsible for reduce rejection & wastes with proper guideline.
∎ Responsible for followup on time shipment.
∎ Responsible for good communications with Production & related responsible department.
∎ Responsible for followup of pp Samples, Development Sample and bulk production etc before submit to buyers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Those who have experience in handling the following buyers will get preference- NEXT, MOTHERCARE, ALDI, ZXY, PRIMARK.
∎ In-depth knowledge on overall RMG Quality Control.
∎ Self-motivated, confident, value-driven and dynamic leader.
∎ Must be target oriented.
∎ Try or die mentality and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Effective communication skills and strong negotiation skills.
∎ Proper Plan & Strategy.
