Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering or Chemistry
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering or Chemistry
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Textile, ISO (QMS EMS OHSAS), QMS and Technical Audit, Textile Laboratory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring overall Quality Assurance of laboratories & processing.
∎ Responsible for identification and arrangement of the adequate resources of the department.
∎ Implementation of QMS as per the SOP and Continuous assessment and up gradation to be followed up of the QMS
∎ Responsible for the statistical data analysis to measure the process stability and capability.
∎ Identify the CTQ {Y=f(x)} to control the process.
∎ Maintain 5S within the laboratory & Home Processing Floor as a part of GLP.
∎ Provide training to technician & Processing Floor concern on international standard & buyer’s manual as per yearly training calendar.
∎ Calibrate the lab technician & final inspector through MSA.
∎ Conduct Munsell Hue test & Ishihara test to check the technician’s color perception.
∎ Responsible to make work instructions for lab technician. So that they can easily conduct the test without any test process violation.
∎ Working with system through QMS to maintain continual consistency of test result as well as lab & processing operation.
∎ Follow up development sample during start-up process. Specially for IKEA.
∎ Responsible to communicate with IKEA global team regarding new specification, PDOC or any other query.
∎ Conduct process & product risk assessment at the time of new development. FMEA tools is used for risk assessment.
∎ Prepare the process scheme after mini bulk production to maintain the quality consistency of bulk production.
∎ Conduct RCA & CAPA through different methodology for any kind of customer complain as well as internal deviation.
∎ Responsible for conducting internal audit.
∎ Ensure the factory is prepared for technical audit to be conducted by second as well as third party
∎ Conduct traceability audit within the organization as well as whole supply chain.
∎ Communicate with central ICT team to stablish a software to generate test report & maintain traceability from initial step to final goods delivery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla & in English.
∎ Should have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels.
∎ The ability to prioritize work and to work well under pressure.
∎ The capability to work with numerical information, plus analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Diplomatic approach and the confidence to provide support to high-profile company staff and board members.
∎ Management skills.
