Job Context:
∎ S. A GROUP OF INDUSTRIES is looking for an experienced person for the position of Asst. Manager/ Manager - QC & QA, in its Factory (Atta, Moida, Shuji & Salt) Chattogram.
∎ Job Location: Chattogram (the applicant should be able to commit to stay longer period of time in Chattogram)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To implement, control and improve on Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs in order to ensure compliance of HACCP, GMP, ISO, QMS requirements and Good Laboratory Practice to meet the stringent quality expectation by customers & regulatory bodies.
∎ To ensure quality objectives and product performance are met through constant monitoring and improvement of internal and external requirements.
∎ To be the Quality Management Representative in all aspects of quality audit, compliance as well as obtaining new accreditations.
∎ To oversee all laboratory activities such as application of test methods, implementation of inspection and test activities, accurate collection of test results and compilation of relevant reports.
∎ To monitoring quality of raw materials (Wheat, Crude-Salt), finished goods (Atta, Flour, Semolina, Coarse
∎ Bran, Fine Bran, Salt) packing materials, water quality, pest management, Hygiene & sanitization etc.
∎ To continuously review and monitor the laboratory processes in order to increase the effectiveness of test methods, procedures and resource utilization.
∎ To manage laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance and record-keeping effectively.
∎ To lead and motivate subordinates to enable them to work together effectively and productively.
∎ Responsible for the overall production of high quality, safety and legal compliant products produced.
∎ Manage team and operations to ensure continuous improvement is in place to meet the outcome of desired product design and overall customer satisfaction.
∎ Display continuous leadership skills in supporting team and ensure continuous improvement is in place in
∎ order to produce high quality, safety and legally compliant products to meet and/or exceed overall customer satisfaction.
∎ Implement proactive assessments and recommend risk mitigation strategies through collaboration with
∎ Plant Management team and direct observation of process controls.
∎ Ensures consistent implementations are in place for preventive measures on issues that arise related to
∎ plant cleaning & sanitation, allergen management, aseptic processing and filling, regulatory and customer requirements, product commercialization and customer complaints.
∎ Responsible for the governance of Quality and Food Safety Management process and take charge of
∎ the overall implementation and maintain of quality standards in the Plant.
∎ Responsible for managing and analyzing the root cause analysis exercise pertaining to any complicated issues arising from daily operations.
∎ Develop and maintain best practices in overall Quality and Assurance initiatives to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
∎ Responsible for managing the overall customer management process, provide constructive feedback and formulate professional responses towards customer complaints.
∎ Responsible for proper execution of all quality and laboratory policies, procedures and methods.
∎ To planning duties within QA & QC stuff and related work schedule.
∎ To lead & motivate subordinates to enable them to work together effectively & productively.
∎ Provide relevant trainings on quality systems and programs to ensure compliance with all quality processes/ procedures.
∎ Report to the higher management / Plant head.
∎ Any others job assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Flour Mill sector Experienced should be preferable.
∎ At least 5 years of working experience in flour milling industry.
Salary: Negotiable
