Educational Requirements:
∎ MSc in chemistry / BSc in Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The post is responsible for plant production goals.
∎ Responsible for product quality control for the plant.
∎ Create efficient and sustainable systems and procedures to enhance the productivity of both human and machine resources.
∎ Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policy and guidelines, including purchase, materials deployment, production and shipment/delivery.
∎ Coordination with all the sections of the concern during the shift for smooth handling and maintenance of the plant.
∎ Foster a well-trained and motivated staff through excellent leadership and communication skills.
∎ Ensure maintenance cleanliness and safety of the plant.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement in all key performance areas.
∎ Ensure general compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
∎ Communicate with all levels of personnels with strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Undertaking of additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 6 to 8 year(s) in related field
∎ The applicants should have experience at least for one (01) Year in similar position.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Well versed in computer application.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Production, Plant Management, Quality Control.
∎ Experience in the following business area(s):
∎ FMCG, Beverage, Food production, Bottled Water Production
