Responsibilities & Context:
∎ New buyer / Customer search & keep close contact with existing customers.
∎ Quality and swatch collection for new order development
∎ Preparing presentations, database preparation, order follow-up chart preparation, reporting, and documentation
∎ Regular cross-check with the R&D department, Production, and QA teams for proper order execution
∎ Handle and meet buyers’ satisfaction along with problematic situations cordially.
∎ Meet sales targets as set by management
∎ Meet all development date-lines for on-time counter submission.
∎ Arrange buyer requested sample fabrics and hangers as per company policy.
∎ Any other task assigned by the line manager.
