Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in EEE/Mechanical/Civil from reputed public universities
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for marketing activities for getting order of transmission tower, telecom tower, pole, electric line hardware, steel structure and tower galvanizing business.
∎ Supervising and leading the Sales & Marketing team and effectively communicating with the potential customers.
∎ Preparing tender documents for bidding purposes (BREB, PGCB, PDB, DESCO, NESCO, Solar Structure, Railway, RHD, as well as other govt. and private organization).
∎ Project planning, project execution, and maintaining the project's technical data, documents and files.
∎ Preparing and reviewing the customer's technical documentation and requirements.
∎ Analyzing and keeping track record of relevant competitors in the industries.
∎ Ensuring maximum satisfaction for the customers and suppliers.
∎ Preparing reports on the areas of Sales & Marketing and providing periodically report to the management.
∎ Scheduling and attending meetings with customers as per requirements.
∎ Responsible for execution, construction, and erection of all engineering works and activities of project sites.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area (s):
∎ Sales & Marketing related experience in electric transmission tower, electrical line Hardware, and Telecom Tower, steel structure manufacturing and galvanizing business.
∎ Working experience in dealing with projects of PGCB, BREB, PDB, DESCO, NESCO, RHD, Bangladesh Railway, Telecom, and other govt. and private organization etc.
∎ Bidding, tendering/e-tendering related experience.
∎ 07 - 10 Years in any steel production related industry or experience in steel tower & electrical line hardware manufacturing industry will get preference.
∎ Willingness to work in a team proactively and independently.
∎ Very good understanding of technical sales & Marketing (especially electrical transmission tower, electrical line Hardware, telecom tower, steel structure related products).
∎ Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills along with high level of planning and organizational skills.
∎ Very good presentation and interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent working knowledge in MS Excel, e-mail, and the internet.
