Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate degree or strong industrial experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Finishing operation control & ability to handle the inspections with external buying office audits.
∎ Have the ability to manage his team in finishing & packing with good results.
∎ Strong production leadership with problems solving skills.
∎ Should technically be qualified & capable of monitoring day to day activities.
∎ Analyze the product and prepare for line feeding to get the right quality first time.
∎ Able to follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, and analyzing individual worker performance.
∎ Monitor and control quality system.
∎ Improve the knowledge and skill of the team.
∎ Demonstration of buyer standard setting on the Iron Table /Folding etc.
∎ Must be following up day to day target work.
∎ Should have to perform other Finishing related duties and responsibilities.
∎ Monitor the finishing related process in order to meet on time shipment.
∎ Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on time inspections.
∎ Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing skilled manpower
∎ Ensure to start the Finishing production as per monthly production plan in time.
∎ Ensure the manpower setup as per lay out.
∎ Ensure the daily style wise target achievement. To meet the shipment dates.
∎ Maintain Daily output finishing & packing, record.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-7 year(s) of relevant position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments (Woven Shirts)
∎ Skills Required: Buyer Handling
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Control/ Audit, Production Management (Finishing), Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Capable to handle the most critical styles with zero tolerance.
∎ A solid Knowledge of Internationally accepted Quality Standard.
∎ Should have clear idea about planning, rejection control, maintaining of AQL.
∎ Capability to work with Internet & E-mail.

Salary: Negotiable
