Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Fashion Design and Technology.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fashion Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Apparel Product Design & Development.
∎ Should have creative sense to produce new ideas and concepts.
∎ Should have knowledge about garment construction and pattern.
∎ Capable of preparing mood board & trend analysis.
∎ Should have knowledge on various kinds of fabrics, especially Woven fabric, trims and accessories.
∎ Ability to select fabrics, embellishments, accessories, colors, or style for each garment.
∎ Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors and shapes.
∎ Creating or visualizing an idea and producing a collection by hand or using Adobe Illustrator.
∎ Need to prepare design sketches and communicate with sample team to make perfect product.
∎ Should have the ability to communicate with customers and imply their requirements on the designs made.
∎ Visit manufacturers or trade shows to get fabric samples
∎ Must be able to develop new collection for every season
∎ Making Flat Sketch of Tops in Adobe Illustrator.
∎ Designing new labels and badges for Buyers.
∎ Drawing sketches according to buyers' request.
∎ Preparing presentations for buyers' meetings.
∎ To be able to prepare cost sheet.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be familiar with CAD, JPEG, Ai file creation; also need to be very skilled in Graphic designing, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
∎ Capable in handling the buyer's needs by communicating with them independently regarding product details.
∎ Be able to work on deadlines and juggle multiple projects at once
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Understanding of entire design and product development process.
∎ Should have good proficiency in English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be a team player.

Salary: Negotiable
