∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabric planning or a similar role within the garments & textile industry.
∎ Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Knowledge of fabric types, dyeing processes, and quality standards.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive bookings from Merchants, cross-check lead times after PO receipt, and ensure proper process loss management.
∎ Analyze order-wise TNA (Time and Action) plans as per PCD (Planned Cut Date) from yarn to fabric delivery, identifying and resolving any barriers promptly.
∎ Develop date-wise knitting, dyeing, and delivery targets in alignment with the TNA.
∎ Check and confirm lab approvals, dyeing swatches, and AOP (All Over Print) swatches.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of fabrics, confirming full quantity and quality while maintaining PCD.
∎ Verify and confirm all additional and excess fabric requirements. Coordinate with the cutting department to ensure cutting closure as per delivered fabric orders.
∎ Conduct weekly meetings with the merchandising, planning, and garments teams to review order positions and address any issues.
