Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
DYEING LAB, garments testing lab
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Can be able to handle the audit & buyer independently.
∎ Assist in preparing the following test conducted as per AATCC, ASTM and ISO approve method.
∎ Color fastness analysis for textile fabrics like colorfastness to washing, water and crocking, light and wet light.
∎ Physical analysis for fabric like mass per unit area of fabrics.
∎ Piling resistance, bursting strength, snagging test.
∎ Dimensional stability of fabric and garments, appearance test on garments/fabrics, bowing/skewness.
∎ Responsible for All buyer related all test report & Oeko correlation test submission and responsible all lab stores related work.
∎ Responsible for the Testing Laboratory of the Factory.
∎ Lead a Lab Team for conducting day to day require of the Testing.
∎ Keep liaison with the Production Team for their in-time Testing result for the Sample or Bulk Production.
∎ Keep the record of the Testing Reports.
∎ Internal Quality development & analysis.
∎ Update the Management with the results Findings and methods of the works.
∎ Checking the sample before sending to customer & Keeping records.
∎ Carry out any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bangla (Both written and spoken).
∎ Sound knowledge in computer applications and internet.
