Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support users for all kinds of IT related issues which include complete setup, maintenance and troubleshooting issues of Computer, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, and Photo-copier, Walkie-talkie.
∎ Support for PABX/Telephone line related issues and troubleshooting problems of remote office connection through IP network.
∎ Installation and maintenance of CCTV camera, DVR.· Installation of new internet connection, telephone line and computer setup for new users and shifting users and also troubleshooting problems of existing user.
∎ Creating mail for users and troubleshooting mail and outlook related problems.
∎ Taking backup of all servers which include Mail server, Tally server and users necessary data and restore when needed.
∎ Have to be familiar and have working experience with the following operating system Dos, Windows NT, 95/98/200/ME/ XP/ Vista/7/8/40/server.
∎ Have programming concepts on the basis of following programming language C/C++, Java, Visual Basic, HTML, SQL Server.
∎ Have sound knowledge about computer hardware as well as assist maintenance.
∎ Have sound knowledge about multimedia presentation and internet application and Email corresponding.
∎ Other duties as and when assigned by the management.
