Education:
∎ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.        Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Asp.net, C#, Javascript’s, Crystal-report or similar.       Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies (e.g., Visual-Studio, Note++, VS code etc).       Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.       Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and develop web application as per requirementMonitoring the established company ERP software and its functions across HR, Merchandising, Store, Production, Procurement, Accounts & Finance, Quality, etc.Assist in the development of custom-built software solutions tailored to the needs of our clients, including assistive technology for people with disabilities. Managing technology infrastructure and assets across locations and coordinating with the team to maintain and support the company's technology hardware and software (Proximity-based Payroll System in Four different locations).Analyzing technical needs, requirements, and state of the server, storage and virtualization infrastructure design, integration, and operations.Helping in following up on the payroll activities of all Four factory and their processes. Guiding them where and when needed.Monitoring the established company ERP software and its functions across HR, Merchandising, Store, Production, Procurement, Accounts & Finance, Quality, etc.Recommending, developing, implementing and maintaining new and existing technology infrastructures.Sharing ideas for automation and development with the management regularly.Managing Information Technology’s engineering & operations staff.Developing processes to streamline and automate routine tasks.Assisting in all kinds of social, compliance and technical audits by providing the correct information and data needed from time to time.Serving as a liaison between Information Technology and other departments by proactively cultivating and maintaining effective working relationships with all functional groups.Handling all other related tasks.
