• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure inventory data management.

• Oversee and supervise Associate`s and other store staff to ensure adherence to company policies.

• Assist with procurement of necessary items including restocking needs.

• Following warehouse day to day as per SOP.

• Follow up material traceability & standard material storing process.

• Follow up plan vs material in-house status.

• In-house material unload and physical inventory report making and mailing to the management.

• Making MR in System for transfer goods from AW to Mini Warehouse.

• Making internal ASN goods transfer from Mini Warehouse to AW.

• Maintain information accuracy and visibility.

• Weekly cycle checking program running for stock accuracy.

• Material utilization and identify obsolete stock and inform concern merchant.

• Conduct warehouse/Store related compliance audit.

• Follow up warehouse housekeeping as per compliance standard.
