Job Responsibilities:
∎ Innovation: Innovate the idea to reduce the process loss.
∎ Bottleneck: Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production associated schedules to meet the ultimate standard and initiate simplification in the overall production process.
∎ Line Balancing: Ensure Proper line balancing & confirm daily line-wise production target.
∎ Product Analysis: Evaluate the garments for product performance, cost, and delivery.
∎ Machinery: Ensure all types of machinery & equipment are functioning properly.
∎ Process Method: Easing the Process Method of the style, allocate production plan.
∎ Consumption: Have to sustain factory efficiency along with considering thread usage & wastage with correct consumptions
∎ Man Management: Have to manage the production staff to achieve the produced hours at planned efficiency through improved productivity and quality on a short-term basis.
∎ Reporting: Have to monitor daily activities & reports of the department.
∎ Work In process: Have to maintain on-time managing plant process, productivity, and shipment
∎ Training: Have to provide training to all employees.
∎ Line Layout: Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to point up maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
∎ Standardization: Set up every day's standard input ratio & create sensitivity to workers about new methods systematically in respect of garment manufacturing.
∎ Method Study: Ensure Proper Method & Time Study
∎ Order Status: Order status monitoring & regularly scheduled meetings with merchandising, marketing & Production people to achieve production target as per order planning
∎ Team Work: Building relationships with merchandising department & production people for smooth operation
∎ Capacity: Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability
∎ Trouble Shooting: His Core work shall be shooting the trouble, before starts the works he shall analyze the Risks of the work process and how to overcome that’s.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Must be familiar with modern garments factory practices.
∎ Sound knowledge on cost reduction & control.
