Responsibilities & Context: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the job posting, recruitment, selection, and training process.
- Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct HR analytics and reporting.
- Implement health and wellness programs.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation and reports.
- Oversee the time and attendance system to ensure accurate tracking of work hours.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee earnings, deductions, and hours worked.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee benefits programs, including health insurance.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management
