Job Context:
∎ We are Pakiza Technovation Limited, concern of PAKIZA group, leading IT solution provider in Bangladesh. The person will be required to successfully carry out the HR related functions. We are looking for a young energetic, dynamic, efficient person to fill up position. This position requires knowledge, human resource skills, Administration and serving attitudes to work under Head of HRD.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinate recruitment throughout the office by proper management of Head of HRD.
∎ Update company database with the data of new employees (e.g. Background, qualification, skill, etc).
∎ Preparation/Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues.
∎ Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management & Compensation Benefit & incentive.
∎ Preparation/Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues.
∎ Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation/Induction, exit interview, Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, confirmation related work.
∎ Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance.
∎ Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives and others bills.
∎ To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
∎ Schedule prospective candidate's job interviews and be a point of contact as required.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the aggregate number of hires by the department.
∎ Provide day to day Report and consultation to Top management and HODs on numerous human resources and management issues.
∎ To maintain confidentiality of company's information and documents strictly and sincerely.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
∎ Knowledge of labor legislation (e.g. organizational health and safety, employee benefit, etc).
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills.

∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
