Experience:

• Having strong knowledge of Knit products.
• Strong English written and oral communication skills. 
• Strong Analytical skills.   
• The ability to deliver under pressure.   
•  Leadership and team management skills.   
•   Allow only highly experienced candidates.

• Follow-up order independently from development to shipment with highest level of accuracy.
•  Maintain T&A plans and able to follow up sampling, production & quality.
•  Meeting with buyer as per schedule to ensure all the garments are produced as per buyer's requirements & Order will ship on time.
•  Co-ordinate supply chain to inhouse the trims on time.
•  Contact with buyer for all approvals (Fabric, trims & all embellishment).
•  Make BOM sheet, KD sheet & Budget in ERP as per management policy.
•  Follow-up Yarn, Knitting, Dyeing, Printing, Embroidery, Sample & Bulk production to ensure right Quality & on time shipment.
•  Work closely with Buying QA to ensure best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
•  Release Production Files with Proper documents (PO, BOM, TP, PP comments).
•  Conduct PP meeting & Should be ensuring all item (fabric & Trims) are in housed. Production can be start.
•  Should have sound knowledge in Knit products, fabrics, accessories, trims, etc.
•  On order placement take over all merchandising requirements which in turn to be handed over to PKCL Production/Operations for execution.
•  To Calculate and Execute Demand for Raw Materials requirement for product sampling.
•  To get the PP sample approval from Buyer to start production with perfect styling, sizing, measurement, color, weight & etc.
•  Ensure smooth communications with customers and suppliers. 
•  Develop sample (Depending on Buyer’s Requirement/Specification) for existing & new buyer.
•  Develop the layout & quality of accessories and packaging items with suppliers by following buyer instruction.
•  To maintain sample/development Logs sheet customers wise/style wise/article wise/size wise with all related details.
