Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and manage the day to day activities of quality control and Lab department; taking necessary feedback from the line manager.
∎ Setting the quality requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance on daily basis.
∎ Visit regularly to all production floors on daily basis, do online QC, inspect the final output, compare it to its requirements, and approve the final products for delivery or shipping outside Bangladesh upon discussion with line manager.
∎ Prepare documentation on inspection process which shall include details reports on observation and recommend necessary improvement measures in the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
∎ Guide and train the production team on the job about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product. He/she will be responsible not only for Quality Control in lab but also for Total Quality Management (TQM) which means at each step of the production process – supervisors need to be trained to constantly check certain parameters and keep a record so that when he/she visits the respective production floor, can check those records and perform some tests to verify the same.
∎ Work on ensuring Hazard Analysis and critical control point (HACCP) procedures are implemented and maintained in all production areas.
∎ Coordinate export issues intensively and meet the quality & labeling requirements of individual product of respective exporting country to be exported.
∎ Practicing hygiene procedure and environmental monitoring.
∎ Resolving all the quality related issues adhering to deadlines.
∎ Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
∎ Ensure that all packaging machine are in good working condition and defects products are checked and rectified immediately.
∎ Work on ensuring that there is no quality defected or any kind of damaged packets that goes to the market.
∎ Any other Jobs as required by the management as and when required.
