Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and manage all the activities of dyeing department's activities, assuming responsibility for production quantity, quality, cost and delivery.
∎ Manage the dyeing and finishing Production schedules to ensure maximum efficiency
∎ Ensure appropriate production inventory control procedures.
∎ Ensure the raw materials and finished goods always meet customer's requirements.
∎ On time dyeing & delivery of all styles & samples as well.
∎ Coordinate and ensure the departments machinery and equipment are maintained to optimal levels of Production.
∎ Directs the dyeing and finishing supervisors responsible for managing and operating the Finishing Department within the Complex.
∎ Responsible for using lean principles and operating practices to establish, maintain and improve the production process.
∎ Direct dyeing and finishing activities to ensure that products are produced within the established time, cost control and quality standards.
∎ Control operations cost within approved budgets by evaluating actual expenditures with budgeted costs, taking appropriate actions.
∎ Coordinate and direct the administrative activities in the dyeing department.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
∎ Foster a positive and responsive culture whilst ensuring the production schedule is met.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage and extra hour work.
