Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up Production process from the heat setting, slitting, drying and compacting.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery of the fabric to the store
∎ Provide a special program for Trial batch, First-Bulk batches, and Yarn test batches to finish within minimum time.
∎ Monitor production and quality parameter, give feedback to the machine operator to achieve the target.
∎ Handling difficulties like shade problem, dia problem, GSM problem, shrinkage problem, trolley problem, etc. and provide a real-time solution.
∎ Coordinating with dyeing and quality department to maintain smooth good quality production.
∎ Carrying on supporting jobs like shade roll finish, fastness check, fabric weight, fabric transfer to dyeing and quality.
∎ Timely preparing production, delivery and other required reports.
∎ Practice “5S”, ensure clean and organized floor to achieve targeted quality and satisfaction.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
