Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop & selection of new products from concept to commercialization.
∎ Create & test product prototypes and formulations.
∎ Perform sensory evaluations and optimize product formulations.
∎ Ensure products meet quality, safety and regulatory standards.
∎ Collaborate with cross functional teams including marketing, production and quality assurance.
∎ stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging ingredients, and new technologies.
∎ Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
∎ Document and maintain detailed records of product development process.
∎ Provide technical support and guidance production team.
∎ Conduct shelf-life studies and stability testing.
∎ Prepare and present reports on product development progress.
