Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical Engineering with proven track record in hatchery operation.
∎ B.Sc in Animal Husbandry/ DVM.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hatchery, Poultry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall hatchery operation.
∎ Look after chicks production and distribution.
∎ Monitor hatchery works such as egg receiving, egg fumigation, egg storage, egg sorting, egg setting & transfer, chicks pull-out, chicks grading & boxing, chick quality investigation & chick delivery.
∎ Monitor operation of setter machines, hatcher machines, HVAC system, all types of air and water cooling system, spraying system, turning system, generators and other machinery and equipment.
∎ Ensure optimum environment in egg receive room, fumigation room, grading room, egg storage room, setter, transfer & hatcher rooms, chicks pull-out and chick processing & storage room.
∎ Select correct profiles for machines, monitor profiles parameters during operation and evaluate profile performance after hatch.
∎ Checking egg weight loss (moisture loss), incubation hours, chick weight percentage (chick yield) and other production parameters.
∎ Monitor cleaning procedure of hatchery buildings, equipments, vehicles, etc.
∎ Preparing and monitoring disinfecting schedule to maintain proper hygiene and biosecurity.
∎ Preparing and verifying all production & administrative reports.
∎ Checking daily store requisitions, material received, issued & closing stock, cash and accounts related issues.
∎ Provide duty schedule for all employees working under him/her and maintain internal discipline, admin and HR.
∎ Look after local issues and administrative work.
∎ Checking egg van & egg transporting parameters, chick van & chick transporting parameter.
∎ Ensure proper disposal of hatchery waste

∎ The candidate must have experience in Poultry Hatchery Operation.
