Additional Requirements:

•The candidate should have a strong capability in mailing correspondence, writing memos, dealing with the buyers, conducting meetings, and leading the team.

•Have to be very fluent both in written and verbal communication in English.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Job context: The ideal candidate must have at least 7-8 years of working experience in handling the HR & Compliance functions of any reputed Garments Company.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Performing Factory HR & Compliance-related duties and responsibilities.
  • Developing and implementing Compliance strategies in line with the Business Plan, Labor Law, Buyers` COC, Industry standards etc.
  • Create and periodically review the Compliance KPI, policy and processes of the Units and recommend suitable modifications.
  • Preparing the factory to comply with the different buyers to face different compliance audits, SLCP, Better Work, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT, GSV/WRAP, ICS, Higg FEM etc.
  • Maintaining liaison with agencies/organizations (Govt./Private) like BGMEA, BKMEA, compliance auditors, BERC, Fire Service & Civil Defense, Labor Office, Environment office, Local influences etc.
  • Working in detail on OCS, RCS, GOTS, GRS, OEKO-TEX.
  • Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
