∎ Must have experience in Flat Sales.
∎ Develop and execute effective strategies to achieve company’s target.
∎ Generate potential leads, identify and engage with potential clients, providing them with information about our projects and addressing their inquiries.
∎ Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
∎ Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and with activities of our competitors.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer relations.
∎ Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our projects.
∎ Assist in organizing and participating in property exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
∎ Coordinate for after-sales communication and official matters with the clients.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
∎ Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Report on Sales & Marketing.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
