  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of demonstrated experience in cloud solutions, or IT services, or a related field in B2B sales industries.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Should be smart in excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Should be flexible in terms of client dealing and meetings.

  • Should have good convincing power.

  • Must have fluency in English and Bangla.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the cloud markets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.

  • Develop proposals, presentations, and business cases for potential clients and partners.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations for successful client acquisition.

  • Track and analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to inform business development strategies.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company’s products and services.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities.
