  • Age At least 30 years
  • Bachelor / Masters degree from a reputed University (BBA/MBA in Human Recourses Management will get preference).

  • PGD In Human Resources Management will be given advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:

1. Office and Facility Management

  • Oversee daily administrative operations including office maintenance, housekeeping, and infrastructure.

  • Ensure the office premises, utilities, and equipment are functional and well-maintained.

  • Coordinate with facility management teams for repairs, upkeep, and renovation activities.

2. Vendor & Contract Management

  • Identify and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers (e.g., load-unload).

  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely renewals and compliance.

  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and vendor performance.

3. Inventory & Asset Management

  • Maintain an updated inventory of office equipment, furniture, and supplies.

  • Coordinate procurement and distribution of office supplies and consumables.

  • Ensure proper tagging and documentation of company assets.

4. Security & Safety Compliance

  • Ensure security management.

  • Support implementation of workplace health and safety protocols.

  • Coordinate fire drills, first aid training, and emergency preparedness activities.

  • Ensure access control protocols in workplace.

5. Administrative Support Services

  • Supervise administrative staff (e.g., receptionists, office assistants, drivers).

  • Oversee travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation for employees and guests.

  • Manage meeting rooms, visitor protocols, and internal events logistics.

  • Maintain Child Care, Medical Center, Canteen Management, Transport Facility Management, Stock Lot Goods Sales, Wastage Sales & ETP Operation.

6. Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Assist in preparing and monitoring the administrative budget.

  • Track and control expenses to ensure cost efficiency.

7. Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government regulations related to administration.

  • Assist in developing and revising administrative policies and SOPs.

8. Legal & Licensing Compliance

  • Responsible for managing legal and local licensing issues.

  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and statutory registrations.

  • Liaise with legal advisors and local authorities as needed to maintain compliance.

9. 6S & House Keeping

  • Ensure 6S in the facility.

  • Wastage Management

  • Ensure proper cleanliness in the facility.

  • Gardening in the facility.
