Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production, production management (Cutting), Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Sewing)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall unit operation & Coordination with all dept i.e., cutting, sewing, finishing, maintenance, store, IE & Planning team for the smooth operation of production and report to unit's head.
∎ Ensure achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets within the given time frame to meet the shipment date.
∎ Direct and control the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by customer requirements.
∎ Direct and control the improvement of production processes & reduce all types of wastage by proper planning.
∎ Good knowledge of Patterns and markers, technically problem-solving ability with required quality standards.
∎ Achieve an optimum level of productivity by maintaining the AQL required by the buyer.
∎ Identify bottleneck operation and take necessary steps to solve it.
∎ Ensure daily, weekly & monthly production as per planning.
∎ Monitor, control, and utilization of man, machine & material for optimum productivity.
∎ Maintain quality product for each style and no compromise with quality everywhere (ensure shipment with zero defects)
∎ Supervise the production floor for the highest level of productivity given by management.
∎ Establish effective communication with cutting and finishing responsible to fulfill the order quantity and avoid any short shipment.
∎ Good knowledge of effective cost control and cut-to-ship improvement.
∎ Familiar with SMV/SAM, Efficiency, DHU & 7-point quality checking system.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative, and detail-oriented.
∎ Should have updated knowledge on sewing technology, and garments quality.
∎ Should have knowledge of compliance and technical issues.
∎ Should have knowledge of ERP software.
Salary:
