• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering Or

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE

• Equivalent educational qualification

• Age At least 35 years

• Energy and Non-Manufacturing Maintenance Services: large scale machinery such as generator, electrical central control room & power capacity distribution, boiler, water cooling ventilation system, air compressor.

• Manufacturing Maintenance Services: Equipment machines on the production floor, Printing machines (Flat bed, digital and rotary), knitting machines, spreading machine, cutting machine, sewing machine etc.

• General Maintenance Services: common maintenance jobs performed to ensure the general maintenance of the facility such as electrical wiring and installation, plumbing, welding, Inventory control of all machines and spare parts.

• Must have sound knowledge on quality control of all machines and spare parts.

• Need to manage workshop areas and all personnel.

• Plan work distribution to employees.

• Ensure all machine licensing and warranty renewals are performed on time.

• Develop job descriptions to all employees and impose responsibilities on them.

• Evaluate performance appraisals Involve in the recruitment and selection of new employees.

• Must be proficient in developing and executing preventive maintenance plans for all machineries in the company.

• Ensure all maintenance records and files are updated.

• Prepare reports for upper management.

• Ensure air emission & wastage amounts are being controlled and minimized.

• Control proper functioning of ETP equipment.

• Basic knowledge of ISO 14001 : 2015Involve in buyer audits to solve compliance action plans in regards to 1) Building compliance 2) Electrical safety compliance 3) Fire safety compliance and others.

• Preparing the factories for buyers visits or third party auditing organization.

• Develop and execute hazard elimination plans to improve the overall safety of all employees such as eliminating electrical, construction related hazards.

• Hazardous materials used in the engineering/maintenance areas must be well stored, handled and identified according to best practices.

• To ensure safety awareness for workshop employees by developing policies and improvement programs.

• Arrange mobilization and site preparatory works.

• Review working drawings (Architectural Structural Electrical and Plumbing)If other departments in the company are involved in the project, the person is responsible to coordinate with all sectors.

• If required by the management, prepare budget of the project.
