∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a similar leadership role in a large garments factory.
∎ Proven experience in compliance management and handling labor issues.
∎ In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the garments industry.
∎ Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
∎ Fluent in both English and Bangla (written & spoken).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead recruitment, on-boarding, and manpower planning in coordination with department heads.
∎ Design and implement effective Performance Management Systems (PMS).
∎ Oversee employee engagement, motivation, and retention strategies.
∎ Develop and execute training and development programs.
∎ Maintain updated employee records in HRIS.
∎ Conduct disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and ensure compliance with company policies.Administrative Management:
∎ Ensure proper security, housekeeping, transport, and utility services across the factory.
∎ Oversee overall factory discipline, attendance, and punctuality.
∎ Ensure compliance with fire safety, electrical safety, and environmental standards.
∎ Manage administrative budgets, contracts, and service agreements.
∎ Coordinate with government bodies and local authorities as needed.Compliance & Legal:
∎ Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (amended 2018) and relevant industry regulations.
∎ Work closely with compliance, audit, and certification bodies (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Accord/RSC).
∎ Ensure legal and ethical labor practices and safe workplace environments.Industrial Relations & Welfare:
∎ Maintain harmonious relationships between management and workers.
∎ Handle union/worker issues professionally and legally.
∎ Supervise welfare activities including canteen, health care, child care etc.
∎ Human Resources Management:
