Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma / B.Sc. in Agriculture/Fisheries/Livestock degree from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and monitoring all the projects of the farm and land areas and put up a detail plan for livestock, fisheries, poultry, dairy, fruit, vegetable and other projects.
∎ Handling the marketing and sale of products produced on the farm like fruit, vegetables, dairy related products, poultry related products, Livestock and fisheries related products.
∎ Ensure everyday update of individual livestock, record keeping of livestock from purchase of stock to ready for sale.
∎ Maintain & monitoring all records of dairy, fisheries, poultry, fruit and plantation related purchase.
∎ Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records & organizing sales and purchases of livestock and others farm related products.
∎ Handling paperwork and keeping administrative records and training/instructing and supervising farm workers.
∎ Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff members.
∎ Building professional networks and keeping abreast of developments in agricultural science.
∎ Ensuring compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards.
∎ Ensure waste management as well as environment & pollution control.
∎ Organizing maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment and machinery.
∎ Any other assignment entrusted by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agriculture Project, Fisheries, rearing of poultry and livestock
∎ Extensive experience in a farming-related field.
∎ Management experience would be a plus.
∎ A passion for agriculture in the sector of poultry, dairy, fisheries and plantation.
∎ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
∎ The ability to make decisions in stressful environments.
∎ Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Willingness to work overtime as required.
