Bashundhara Industrial Complex Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced Medical Assistant / First Aid Officer to join its Cement Factory team at Narayanganj (Bandar) and Khulna (Mongla). The position requires a dedicated healthcare professional capable of handling medical emergencies, providing first aid support, and ensuring occupational health and safety within the factory premises.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend all medical emergencies within the factory and provide immediate first aid/life support

• Examine, diagnose, and treat employees for minor injuries, cuts, burns, and illnesses

• Perform minor medical procedures such as wound dressing, stitching, and bandaging

• Stabilize and refer serious cases to the hospital when necessary

• Maintain medical room, ambulance, and emergency medicine inventory

• Conduct periodic health check-ups and maintain patient medical records

• Support the EHS team in health awareness and first aid training for workers

• Ensure compliance with the Factory Act and Occupational Health & Safety standards

• Manage cases related to accidents, burns, fractures, chemical exposure, and heat stress
