Job Context:
∎ We are looking for the candidates intended for Skechers outlets/store in Dhaka City.
∎ Skechers USA, Inc. is an American lifestyle and performance footwear company. Headquartered in Manhattan Beach, California, the brand was founded in 1992. Now the third largest athletic footwear brand in the United States, Skechers earned more than $4.64 billion in revenues during the 2018 fiscal year.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve daily estimates (turnover and pairs)
∎ To observe store opening hours as prescribed.
∎ Maintain proper service to customers.
∎ Reception, Service and Sales closing policy to be followed.
∎ To ensure that the store is in perfect order in respect of cleanliness (interior and exterior).
∎ To ensure that the window, interior and lobby display is in orderly condition - displays to follow Company policy and seasonal directives.
∎ To personally sell and to assist sales personnel in service to customers when needed.
∎ To suggest old merchandise and slow moving articles whenever possible.
∎ To keep daily administration and accounting up-to-date according to Company policy.
∎ To achieve 100% or more turnover/Pairs sales as per Company Yearly estimate for the store.
∎ To constantly improve self-proficiency & motivation and to maintain a sound human relations climate in the outlet.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates from renowned footwear industry & passion in fashion industry will give preference.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a must.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
∎ Good working experience with different footwear brand like Bata, Lotto, Apex and so on
