Experience in FMCG / Beverage / Food / Manufacturing Plant preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, mixers, fillers, blow molding machines, boilers, chillers, and utilities.
Assist in installation, commissioning, and modification of mechanical machinery and utilities.
Execute preventive maintenance schedules as per maintenance plan.
Ensure compliance with factory safety rules, LOTO procedures, and safe work practices.
Follow GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards during maintenance activities.
Support audit documentation (ISO, GMP, HACCP, internal & external audits).
Suggest cost-saving, efficiency improvement, and downtime reduction initiatives.
Participate in Kaizen, TPM, and 5S activities.
