• Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference

Atleast 2 Years Experience in same positions.

• Follow up daily production and quality of produced fabrics.
• Ensure program of knitting machines.
• Provide guideline to the production/technical/quality supervisor for increasing production and quality of fabric.
• Ensure order closing.
• Follow up daily critical path of various types fabrics of different buyer.
• Parameter settle and ensure PP meeting of special fabrics.
• Work with R&D team from the very beginning to last work (Yarn selection, fabrics width, machine dia and gauge, stitch length, design analysis, risk limitation, finish process etc. under the guidance of superior.
• Work with dyeing & finishing for any problematic issue & provide solution on time under the guidance of superior.
• Work with planning team (knitting production planning and fabric planning team) to set delivery schedule for smooth operation.
• Monitoring fabric quality.
• Monitoring grey fabric delivery to batch section regarding fabric planning demand.
• Work with yarn team to get on time yarn.
• Work with Merchandising, dyeing, finishing and garments team about various types of fabric issues.
• Check and consume monthly slow-moving stock (yarn and fabric) regularly by effective communication with dyeing, marketing & spinning under the guidance of superior.

Yearly Functions:

• Prepare seasonal presentation of achievement % as well as analysis the root cause for fail%.
• Sharing previous season problem with backward & forward department to avoid same problem on upcoming.
• Set up new target for next year.
