Food (Packaged)/Beverage
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
∎ Planning and execution of all communications, including online and social media.
∎ Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
∎ Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
∎ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
∎ Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
∎ Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
∎ Dealing with inquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations
∎ Organizing promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits
∎ Managing external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met.
∎ Creating an enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Smart and good convincing capabilities
∎ Clear verbal & written communication skill in English
∎ Good interpersonal skills & well mannered with positive attitude
∎ Sound and practical working experience in Computer
∎ Ability to work hard under pressure and willingness to accept challenges
