Job Context:
∎ Time: 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM
∎ Location: Dhaka (Gulshan 2 & Banani 11)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Run the outlet successfully by achieving sales target, minimizing cost, prioritizing tasks, managing team as well as work schedule and preparing necessary reports.
∎ Ensure outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly & professionally.
∎ Monitor and manage inventory levels, arrange regular & systematic stock checking; and forward stock requisition as needed.
∎ Supervise and motivate the team, provide training, guidance & support to ensure excellent customer service and teamwork.
∎ Provide input and feedback on marketing initiatives; and assist corporates sales programs as necessary.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3-5 years in direct retail sales experience (Aarong, Stylesell, Le reve, Sailor, Noir, Yellow, Artisan, Legacy) are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Multitasking and time-management skill, with the ability to prioritize & execute task.
∎ Digital Marketing related experience and facebook live presenting experience will be prefferd.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: Half month salary for each EID
∎ Incentive: Target and result oriented (Weekly & Monthly Incentive paid)
∎ Lunch: Subsidized lunch
∎ Transport - Set amount paid to all staff beginning of month.
