(GTIL), is looking for aspiring professionals to fill in vacancies in its Assurance Services Department. At Grant Thornton Bangladesh, you will be given the opportunity to grow with us and as a professional in your line of expertise. The aspirant would be trained using the renowned GTIL Assurance methodology using the automated tools/software.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to design and develop concept notes and project proposals in the areas of sustainability, climate action.
∎ Actively work with the project team for strategic decision-making and provide report on sustainability action and policies.
∎ Connect and engage with national and global networks, platforms, and stakeholders in sustainability and other projects.
∎ Assist capacity building and knowledge development need for the team and partners in collaboration with thought leaders, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers at different levels.
∎ Assist Project Managers to accomplish the project tasks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ At least two years in a position to manage/engage in a large programme or multiple projects, preferably in Climate change and in I/NGOs.
∎ Minimum 2 years of proven experience in people management, partnership management, and budget management.
∎ Experience in advocacy, knowledge management, and policy leadership is preferred.
∎ Proven expertise in report writing, proposal writing, and coordinating partners and donors.
∎ Proven soft skills in leadership and coaching of staff and external stakeholders.
∎ Excellent in Microsoft Office, SPSS, and virtual applications, and good communication and presentation skills.
