∎ At least two years in a position to manage/engage in a large programme or multiple projects, preferably in Climate change and in I/NGOs. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in people management, partnership management, and budget management. Experience in advocacy, knowledge management, and policy leadership is preferred. Proven expertise in report writing, proposal writing, and coordinating partners and donors. Proven soft skills in leadership and coaching of staff and external stakeholders. Excellent in Microsoft Office, SPSS, and virtual applications, and good communication and presentation skills.

Grant Thornton Bangladesh, represented by Howladar Yunus & Co. and a member firm of Grant Thornton International Ltd. (GTIL), is looking for aspiring professionals to fill in vacancies in its Assurance Services Department. At Grant Thornton Bangladesh, you will be given the opportunity to grow with us and as a professional in your line of expertise. The aspirant would be trained using the renowned GTIL Assurance methodology using the automated tools/software.
∎ Assist to design and develop concept notes and project proposals in the areas of sustainability, climate action.
∎ Actively work with the project team for strategic decision-making and provide report on sustainability action and policies.
∎ Connect and engage with national and global networks, platforms, and stakeholders in sustainability and other projects.
∎ Assist capacity building and knowledge development need for the team and partners in collaboration with thought leaders, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers at different levels. Assist Project Managers to accomplish the project tasks.
