Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform troubleshoot on all hardware systems and perform failure analysis to evaluate all processes and diagnose all systems like PC, laptop, UPS, printer etc.
∎ Provide periodical and day-to-day operational support
∎ Provide support during Ramadan and year ending inventory
∎ Refilling toner for printers and photocopiers
∎ Maintain disposal IT devices
∎ Develop and implement all new strategies for all procedures
∎ Develop for the specific requirements
∎ Commitment towards providing consistency in systems to ensure user friendly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
∎ Good knowledge in troubleshooting for PC, laptop and printers
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Self-motivated and proactive problem solver
