∎ Writing reports in Bengali.
∎ Must be have won smart phone.
∎ Candidate must have the mentality to travel to hardworking and remote areas and work with women farmers in the community.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As the Associate Sponsorship Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation of project sponsorship activities.
∎ Understanding of development programs with special focus on Sponsorship program.
∎ Overall management responsibility of the sponsorship child, Child forum activities, reflect circle, SMC.
∎ Prepare monthly action plan and report of the project guideline.
∎ Provide technical support to the sponsorship child, student council.
∎ Regular field visit; organize community level meeting, meetings with other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure that progress is prepared on time and send to PM & AAB sponsorship Unit.
∎ Creating to enabling environment at the field for learning and quality education achievement.
∎ CM collection, Photo update and send to AAB.
∎ Close relation maintains between sponsor children and supporter.
∎ Attend coordination and progress review meeting with project office.
∎ Liaison and linkage with SMC, Upazilla education office, Teachers associations and other organizations.
∎ Regular communication and information support to project office.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the program management/organization management.
