Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Must be from a UGC-approved university.
∎ No 3rd division is allowed.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing sales strategies for product channels and manage existing portfolio health.
∎ Procuring prospective SME Business.
∎ Assessing SME Loan applications to determine whether the applicant meets the credit criteria outlined in the Credit Policy & regulatory guidelines.
∎ Determining cash flow of the business & suggesting structured loan products.
∎ Monitoring existing SME portfolio on regular basis and ensuring post-disbursement visits to borrowers & guarantors on regular basis for reducing PAR and NPL.
∎ Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the customer's business & security through regular customer visits and industry research.
∎ Cross selling CASA, LC, BG & other related products to the clients.
∎ Assisting Branch Head & SME Head on specific projects/tasks as assigned related to internal work, current market situation and giving feedback on market, Industry/ sector, portfolio, etc. to all relevant concerns.
∎ Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Candidates must have: Clear understanding SME market, Financial requirement analysis & Relationship and networking.
∎ Minimum 5-15 years of experience.
