Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Associate will be working on a pan Bangladesh project on agro-processing sector.
∎ The role involves analysing different agro-processing industries including process flows in the industry, role of automation, organisation structure and multiple job profiles.
∎ The person would be responsible for leading research projects and implementation assistance in the agro-processing sector and lead interactions with multiple agro-processing units.
∎ The person would be responsible for assisting with day-to-day tasks, collaborating with clients, and supporting projects.
∎ This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and teamwork.
