Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Providing legal research, drafting documents, assisting senior attorneys with client matters.
∎ Prepare and review various legal agreements such as rental/lease agreements, business sale agreements, service contracts.
∎ Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, corporate resolutions, and internal legal opinions.
∎ Manage case files under supervision, serving in a supporting role within the firm.
∎ Negotiate agreements for multiple parties.
∎ Provide general legal counsel to clients.
∎ Collaborate on strategic legal decisions with senior attorneys and other team members.
∎ Conduct legal research and prepare written opinions on topics like property rights, contract validity, or company laws.
∎ Assist with day-to-day business operations and legal matters, meet with clients and assess their needs.
