Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidate must carry strong footfall in managing SME & Agri business portfolio in the past. The candidate needs to manage and supervise the existing portfolio and acquire new business to meet the net growth Budget of the Division. Candidates require a strong market network, financial analytical skills, account monitoring skills, Knowledge of cross-border Trading and act as a balance sheet manager. The job requires a good understanding of relevant regulations, circulars and also can work in MS XL and Word and be conversant to all kinds of communication through email and other digital moods. Responsibilities:
∎ 1) The position is responsible for managing/supervising existing funded and nonfunded portfolios to retain the good health of the book.
∎ 2) Explore the market opportunity and acquire new business to meet the management expectations.
∎ 3) Analyze the business requirement of the client, prepare the proposal, respond to queries, and complete documentation to disburse the loan
∎ 4) Strong monitoring skills to retain a healthy portfolio
∎ 5) Role of Balance Manager and mobile deposit to invest; acquire non-funded business to scale up fee-based revenue of the bank
∎ 6) Need strong communication skills to communicate with other stakeholders.
∎ 7) Explore all business scope keeping compliance in the backdrop of all actions
