• Master's/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized UGC-approved institution, with a strong academic background. No 3rd Division is allowed.

• Strong analytical ability and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced level Excel skill is a MUST)

• Able to timely manage multiple tasks

• Effective presentation skills

• Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills

• Proficiency at both spoken and written English and Bangla

• Collate & analyze data from multiple sources to produce comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Retail Banking Business Units.

• Manage, segregate and analyze retail portfolio based on business segment.

• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and data visualizations to effectively communicate key insights and trends.

• Manage retail asset & liability campaigns, reward calculations, and support business segments.

• Prepare regulatory reporting for Retail Banking Division.

• Calculate, track and circulate sales incentive report based on performance metrics for Retail Lending Business RMs.

• Generate ad hoc reports as requested by management or business units.

• Ensure the timely distribution of reports to relevant stakeholders, maintaining consistency and transparency in communication.

• Demonstrate advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
