Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring of Data Center, ATM & POS channels, especially during night and holidays.
∎ Monitor Data Center and SOC related services.
∎ Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
∎ Monitoring network engineering performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
∎ Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
∎ Monitoring of Merchant POS especially during night and holidays.
∎ Monitoring network and Switch services.
∎ Perform UAT of ICT developments.
∎ Log and problem analysis for various purposes.
∎ Billing & Documentation of ICT Procurement related activities.
∎ Recording POS disputes.
∎ Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
