∎ BRAC Bank is currently looking for a number-driven, digitally savvy, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for this position in its Strategic Alliance & Digital Finance Department of the SME Banking Division.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing potential strategies to identify new partners and onboard them into the bank's ecosystem;
∎ Enhance the relationship with assigned alliance partner(s) to build market expansion engagement strategies;
∎ Come up with new ideas to acquire potential SME customers through digital interventions;
∎ Ensuring alignment of all SME business portfolios under the digital platform;
∎ Brainstorming to develop innovative solutions to problems across the SME segment of the bank;
∎ Support and coordinate with new digital fintech initiatives, SME banking growth strategy, and various financial inclusion partnerships;
∎ Coordinating discussion sessions with external and internal stakeholders for potential partnership;
∎ Preparing NDA/MOU/ Concept Notes for potential partners;
∎ Arranging legal vetting regarding internal/external agreements;
∎ Meeting all the requirements/queries raised by the project partners;
∎ Coordinate with Business Transformation and Product Teams to prepare products for relevant projects;
∎ Organizing various project launching events and engaging in promotional activities;
∎ Coordinating with internal stakeholders across the departments for project implementation;
∎ Tracking project activities and following up with relevant stakeholders;
∎ Reporting project status and ROI to senior management;
∎ Participating in required field visits for project activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 03 years of work experience in the relevant field;
∎ Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects;
∎ Proven influencing, collaboration and communication skills;
∎ Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills;
∎ Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
∎ Ability to work in and contribute to team-building environment;
∎ Strong writing proficiency.
