Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive Business from Agent outlet by the field force.
∎ Spur the expansion of Agent Banking Centres across the country.
∎ Spearheading strategic partnership program of Agent Banking Department
∎ Process improvement and innovation.
∎ Execution and monitoring of BTL activities.
∎ Monitoring compliance with Agent Banking operations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Sound knowledge in agent banking, general banking, and Bangladesh Bank agent banking prudential guideline, etc.
∎ Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communicative abilities.
∎ Superior analytical skills and customer focus.
∎ Capacity for extensive travel within the country.
∎ Be independent, a team member, and able to meet deadlines.
