Relevant work experience in Retail Credit analysis.
Responsibilities & Context:
Strong knowledge of assessing the retail credit products.
Updated knowledge regarding market economy & recent news.
Updated knowledge on regulatory and BB guidelines & regulations.
Work with the team and ensure alignment goals with the larger goal of the organization.
Devising & establishing a divisional Quality procedure, Standard & specifications.
Support the team and ensure process meet organizational standards.
Communicate in between various Department to ensure the effectiveness of Quality Assurance control.
Overall workings of company categorization and QA activities.
Coordinate new, existing CPV & Collection agency visit & onboarding.
Establish QA cultures through sharing & training various stakeholders
